    Why Technical Experts?

    Our technical experts help us set the development philosophies at play in our club. They stay up to date with the most recent coaching and development techniques, and make sure our coaches at all levels of our club are following the recommended guidelines. Guidelines and recommendations are brought to the Technical Committee for approval.

    Percy Hoff

    Percy Hoff, Director of Coaching and Player Development, provides overall direction for the development of coaches and players. Percy has vast coaching and playing experience and has been involved in the development of local talent since 1987. Percy has also been involved in the preparation of National Youth teams. He currently holds a Canadian A Licence and certification from the United States, Brazil and the Netherlands. A Master Coach in the Canadian National Coaching Certification program, he is well versed in sports science. He holds his Master of Coaching Certificate with the National Coaches Association of America and the University of Delaware.

    Austin Boryksi

    Austin Borkysi is our Club Head Coach. A product of the Hollandia youth system, Austin attended the University of Saskatchewan where he completed his degree in Kinesiology. While earning his degree he played for the Huskies for 5 years. The highlight of this period was being crowned champions of the Canada West conference and earning a berth to CIS nationals in 2014. Austin is currently an apprentice coach in the High Performance soccer stream, where he is mentored by Percy Hoff. He has attained his C license from the Canadian Soccer Association and is working on attaining his B Licence. He brings to Hollandia a very professional approach to coaching, coupled with an easy-going, supportive style that brings out the best in his players.
